As a Paid Media Specialist, your role involves planning, setting up, tracking, analysing, monitoring and reporting media campaigns across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, and other digital channels. We are looking for someone who possesses good analytical skills and has a good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing platforms, such as Impressions, Clicks, Sessions, CTR, ROI, etc. The role requires working closely with the design, content, SEO and web development teams for achieving organizational objectives. The key responsibilities include:
- Develop digital marketing campaigns for Google, Facebook, Bing, etc. based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ROI, CTR, Lead-Gen, etc.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to execute these plans
- Monitor the performance of these campaigns on an ongoing basis and optimise as required.
- Regularly report the performance to the senior leadership along with the optimisation action summary.
- Study best practices in the paid media space and use them to improve KPIs for our set of campaigns.
- Study trends in the paid media space and make recommendations from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in handling paid ad marketing across Google and FB, including Pmax, Search, Shopping ad types.
- Excellent analytical skills to study and report performance while ensuring data accuracy.
- High proficiency in Google and Facebook ads platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft ads platforms.
- Well-versed with digital monitoring and reporting tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Facebook Ads Library, etc.
- Working knowledge of advanced digital monitoring tools such as SEMRush, AHREFS.
- High proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including creating pivot tables, charts, and using formulas.
- You should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in e-com and with Shopify websites is desirable but not essential.
