• Build, execute, and optimize paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant advertising channels
  
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and enhance campaign effectiveness
  
• Optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  
• Manage paid media budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
  
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including marketing, creative, and analytics-to align campaign objectives and optimize performance
  
• Design and develop compelling visuals and ad creatives for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience
  
• Manage multiple campaigns within tight deadlines
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Campaign Excellence Starts Here

• 3-5 years of agency experience within paid media
  
• Proven experience and relevant certifications in Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta Ads (experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and X is a plus)
  
• Prior experience in client-facing roles
  
• Skilled in developing campaign strategies for clients
  
• Proficient in client reporting
  
• Expertise in implementing tracking
  
• Effective communicator in English
  
• Strong presentation skills
