Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and drive cost-efficient results.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize search engine campaigns for lead acquisition and conversion.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Create and optimize landing pages to drive conversions from the ideal customer profile.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in paid media and digital marketing.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience in managing campaigns in Google, Linkedin etc.
- Experience with editing creative assets
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, managing digital campaigns and performance metrics for social media and online search engines.
Nice-to-have Skills And Qualifications
- Experience working with CMS ie WordPress
- Experience working with editing tools like Canva, Figma
- Certifications in Google Ads and other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
