Job Summary: Responsible to develop paid media strategies and campaigns, closely analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and other KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Build, plan and implement the overall social media calendar across all the social media platforms (including and limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok) to meet digital KPIs (ie. Engagement, conversion).
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of opportunities/improvement in funnels to drive conversion rate improvements.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate and identify actionable across end-to-end customer experience on multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Lead execution on Meta ads, programmatic ads, display marketing, affiliate & email marketing campaigns as and when required.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Multi-media
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with significant focus & experience leading and managing Google Ads SEM.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/social media marketing and measurements
- Social media savvy - Facebook/Tik Tok/ Instagram etc.
- Proficient in using Excel to analyse data (pivot tables, vlookup etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas, tactics, complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions and to report on the effectiveness and efficiency of SEM initiatives.
