JOB TITLE: Packer

- JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a meticulous and hardworking Warehouse Packer to join our warehouse team. The Warehouse Packer will be responsible for packaging products according to company standards, ensuring orders are correctly prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Accurately pack products into boxes or containers for shipment.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged according to company and customer specifications.
- Inspect products for damages or discrepancies before packing.
- Use packing materials and methods that ensure the safe delivery of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Collaborate with warehouse pickers and other team members to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
