What You'll Be Doing

A key position which manages the Supply Chain introduction of new products through application of the New Product Development process, and oversees the assigned CFT categories (Fragrance, Personal Care, Hair Care, Skin Care, Colors).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category in launching new products on time at the agreed quality and cost. Understand and integrate local Supply Chain requirements, capabilities, and constraints within region, and communicate these back to Global & Regional NPE&D teams. Collaborate with Global & Regional NPE&D, Marketing and SC operating functions in improving SC friendliness and resolving any issues/challenges.
• Collaborate with Global & Regional NPE&D, Marketing and operating functions in driving efficiencies in product design and make ready for new and improved products on time at the agreed quality and cost.
• Responsible for resolving packaging component related issues and challenges.
• Manages development and issue product data on time and accurately. Ensures all necessary testing is conducted on new components and validate component quality and spec.
• Ensures the technical application and transfer of new products into Manufacturing through agreed trial testing and scale-up trials.
• Support Global, Regional and local projects and assignments on continuous improvement and cost savings
