Service Delivery
Training Design, Development and Facilitation
Develop training materials following a standard content design.
Review available training materials and update/improve them accordingly.
Conduct training.
Review and evaluate learning through evaluation measures.
Training Administration and Management
Schedule training events, coordinate with instructors, obtain and distribute required instructional material, and communicate schedules and details.
Process enrollment and answer routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules.
Monitor training sessions.
Administer training evaluation measures after training events.
Learning Management System Administration and Management
Manage administrative tasks using Schenker Learning Portal Learning Management System including.
Extract data from the LMS and create report for the monitoring of compliance and business modules.
Compliance
Policies, Desktop Procedures
Develop and update work instructions as assigned.
Participate in policy review sessions and provide insights, if any.
Use work instructions as reference for any assigned tasks.
People Development
Talent Management
Participate in data gathering for process improvement activities, including monitoring and data consolidation.
Participate in the analysis of data gathered, provide inputs as necessary.
Support activities related to knowledge management, participate in the preparation, implementation and evaluation if necessary.
0 2 years of experience in activities with regards to organizing trainings and seminars for employees according to the needs of a multinational company, especially experience in training coordination, set-up of training material, onboarding programs, introduction trainings and experience in controlling training success
Experience in facilitating or conducting training.
Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) HR experience desirable.
Strong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
University / college degree in the field of humanities, business administration or computer engineering or related field of study
With background knowledge in the field of accounting and logistics, preferably but not required.
Experience in SSC or BPO industry preferred but not required.
