Category planning
- Leverage industry & market information to
influence Accenture's External Talent strategy
- Implement the Global Category strategy
and, when relevant, customize it per MU
or country
- Build work planning and category
governance for the Market
- Set up Market and MU targets in
alignment with Market P+ and category
goals and follow progress / achievement
of those KPI
Project Management
- Support implementation of Global/Market
External Talent projects and initiatives and
provide direction/escalation management
- Support Market External Talent Strategy lead
to gather/showcase project delivery outcomes
Stakeholder management
- Work with External Talent Strategy Lead
to support ET delivery needs of all
External Talent stakeholders within the
Market and the MU (DOO, Service Line
Leads, CAL, CHR, Avanade etc )
- Manage those senior stakeholder
relationships, including demand management,
sales/opportunities, analytics and market
intelligence
- Meet key V&A's stakeholders to
understand their business activities and
specifics in order to ensure a smooth
delivery of their Flex and Talent
Requirements
- Work closely with MU P+ Leads on the
demand, opportunities and delivery
Sourcing & Contracting
- Identify Regional and local MU sourcing
projects in line with the Global category
strategies
- Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline too
through spend analysis and regular stakeholders
meeting
- Support regional or cross MUs high complex
strategic sourcing and complex contracting
projects
- Ensure overall policy & law compliance in
process execution
- Be accountable of the External Talent Delivery
within the Market and act as an escalation point
for Delivery challenges
Resource/Team management
- Supervise assigned team members
- Lead Growth Market Category community
calls to encourage synergies &
knowledge sharing and also foster team
spirit
Supplier management
- Promote greater use of Global or
Regional Strategic Providers
- Manage supplier relationship with critical
and strategic suppliers in relationship with
P+ 360 Partnership team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Skills And Experience
- Minimum 6 years experience in Procurement,
preferrably in the External Talent space
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with
virtual and cross functional teams
- Minimum 2 years of contractual experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience authoring
and/or leading the review of key, post
sourcing, contractual documents such
amendments or Statements of Work
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proven experience working with and
influencing multiple stakeholders including
senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing
methodology's
- Knowledge of Procurement categories and/or
experience in or ability to research and
understand additional categories as assigned
- Strong communication and presentation skills
ability to drive effective communications
with senior internal and client leadership
- Proven ability to work creatively and
analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Demonstrated ability to proactively and
independently lead delivery of operational
activities
- Ability to drive or support transformational
change
