QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification in Business Management and/or Project Management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.- Experience in using Canva or any similar type of system/tool.
Organized and diligent.
Regular consolidating, tracking, monitoring, reporting and archiving of all Shared Services reports.
- Reports such as cascade completion per vendor, onboarding trainings, 30-60-90 glide path, trainer satisfaction score, newly uploaded KM articles, archived or deleted, communications spiels and scripts.
POC for all logistical and reportorial requirements and direct coordination with different teams during learning programs, workshops, and similar activities.- Responsible for preparing all training equipment, like training manuals, audio and video, engagement links and platforms, and all necessary items needed for all Shared Services-related activities.
Converting training materials to an equivalent compatible version for uploading to our LMS.
- Monitoring and maintenance of our LMS platform, such as content and forum moderation, coordination during downtime, and the release of minor advisories and
Work closely with KM and Comms Staff during surges in deliverables or when out due to leaves (scheduled or unscheduled).
_The schedule is 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m. MondayFriday (overtime as needed)._- _Based in Udenna, minimal trips as needed to assist trainers during offsite programs and workshops._
