Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedOutside Sales Representative to manage and nurture client leads and maintain relationships with referral sources. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in sales, marketing, and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads from sources prioritizing lead outreach based on urgency.
  • Set up in-home care assessments for qualified leads.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups through texts, emails, and calls for unresponsive leads.
  • Pre-qualify new referral sources and schedule meetings for the business owner.
  • Conduct outreach to current referral partners and ensure that they have up-to-date materials and follow up with key contacts.
  • Develop and send weekly or bi-weekly email blasts to leads and referral sources.
  • Manage local social media content.
  • Monitor social media engagement and collaborate on strategies to increase local visibility.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for lead outreach and follow-ups.
  • Experience in sales or marketing, focusing on client outreach or lead nurturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, 52 Weeks CRM) and email campaign management (MailChimp).
  • Proficiency in social media management, especially for creating local content.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)

Hardware Requirements

  • At least a 720p HD Webcam.
  • A noise-canceling headset.
  • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
  • A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
  • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM

Compensation and Benefits

  • Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to Php 42,500 per month, based on experience.
