Outreach Specialist

We are currently in need of a competent Outreach Specialist. This is a remote full-time freelance position.

• Job Description

As an Outreach Specialist, you will realize opportunities for building links, building partnerships, and acquiring clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to website owners, publishers, and potential clients via email using subtle, creative, and convincing writing to land new clients and partnerships for the company. Therefore, flexibility and the ability to adapt to various tasks are essential. A curious and dynamic attitude, positive outlook, and market-oriented mindset are also a must.

• Responsibilities:

Research high-quality adult websites and content creators, determine the best outreach approach for each authoritative prospect;

• Collaborate with the team to explore new content opportunities to build online relationships with organizations, websites, bloggers, online news outlets, and relevant audiences who would be interested in sharing our content;

Analyze prospects and pitch them through cold email campaigns;

• Work with management to develop creative ideas and initiatives targeted to specific organizations and websites relevant to our audiences;

Collaborate with editorial and design teams to bring content that brings your outreach efforts to life;

• Use Time Doctor to track all work activities and Monday.com, a project management platform, to monitor the progress and status of outreach prospects.

• What to bring

: Previous experience in an outreach role at a marketing agency;

• High-level English language skills;

Proficient writing, proofreading, and email formatting skills, as well as a detail-oriented mindset;

• Ability to effectively manage multiple leads at once and maintain communication with webmasters;

Goal-driven and have a knack for negotiating;

• Being creative and innovative; experience thinking outside the box;

Basic knowledge of SEO practices and tools;

• Working knowledge of Google Docs;

Ability to work independently (high reliability);

• Willingness to work with adult content;

Capable of sitting 8 hours behind the computer;

• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and with a productivity tracking tool such as Time Doctor.

• Nice-to-haves:

Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

• Familiarity with advanced Google search operators (i.e. site:, inurl:, etc.);

Competitive and self-motivated;

• Highly comfortable with learning complex & difficult to understand topics.
