Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for making guests happy and feel at home every time that they come in, by providing courtesy and friendliness in line with the Hotel's quality standard of satisfaction.
Key accountabilities
To greet the guest in proper manner, to seat them and bid them farewell as they leave.
To coordinate with the service staff of the outlet whether it be answering the phone, holding the table napkins or helping with the set-up.
Assists the Captain Waiter in recommending and taking order from the guest, follows up and ensures that this is carried out to the last detail.
To be able to coordinate their actions with the Kitchen and Bar staffs
To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
General Requirements
College graduate with at least 1 year work experience in a hotel setup
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Efficiency in both oral and written communication skills
