We are seeking an experienced Outbound Telemarketer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and a passion for engaging with customers to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the marketing team.
- Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking voice.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site: Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
