Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate: Supervise and inspire a team of outbound sales representative to achieve and exceed sales target.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training/coaching sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales report to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvements
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in outbound sales role, with at least 2 years experience in a leadership position- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
