We need new
Team Leaders to join our growing SiriusXM Outbound Sales Program.

Responsible for leading a team of sales agents in achieving KPIs around call handling and agent hours and productivity metrics.
Participate daily in the training and development of direct reports. Heavy focus on coaching monitored calls to improve call efficiency techniques and sales strategies
Drive accountability in meeting or exceeding expectations regarding
attendance, punctuality, and productivity responsibilities.
Drive the performance of lower-performing and/or problematic agents,
including managing PDA's, corrective action, or other personnel areas,
making sure complete and accurate documentation is done.
Create a positive and motivating work environment that recognizes both the
individual and the team's successes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Receive and implement feedback from weekly reviews, triad sessions, and/or
other activities targeting Team Leader development.
Lead and/or participate in incentives and other motivational activities.
Help manage the rollout of new and/or pilot programs/changes to ensure
accuracy and completeness, which may include training and ongoing
monitoring to maintain quality.
Assist management and trainers to develop, coordinate, communicate and
train direct reports on program or product changes.
Work with various internal departments to identify, resolve, track, and trend
any problems and/or opportunities.
Ensure required reports are submitted as scheduled, including EOD
reporting, call monitoring forms, and other reports as assigned.
Communicate in real-time any identified operational trends, problems, or
client issues.
Attend and participate in both internal and client meetings, including daily
touch bases, monitoring sessions, and training workshops.
Assist with special assignments, such as SME and peer-to-peer development
opportunities, as needed to support account goals.
Assist, where needed, with recruitment, HR admin, personal development, and other areas that contribute to maintaining processes and the growth of the campaign
Help identify and develop high-potential individuals within the team in support
of career pathing opportunities.
Follow all company policies and exhibit a high level of professionalism in deeds and actions at all times.
College degree or equivalent experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Preferably with 2 years experience handling Outbound Sales Programs
Experience leading outbound sales teams- Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite)
Must be amenable to working on shifting schedules, holidays, weekends and render OT
- Must not have any conflicts on their schedule in the next 180 days from the start date
Must be amenable to work onsite
