Outbound Sales Representative.-

WITH UNCAPPED COMMISSIONThis position is tasked with creating and securing qualified business opportunities to generate new revenue. While fulfilling the role of Sales Development Representative, individuals lay the groundwork for moving into an Account Executive or Account Manager position.
Collaborate with sales teams to arrange qualified demonstrations, meetings, and build pipelines, adhering to approved sales management guidelines.
Engage in prospecting for new business by conducting a significant volume of cold calls and following up with previously identified prospects.
Identify potential prospects and navigate organizational structures to pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers.
Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Minimum of 2-3 years of BPO sales experience is required.
Experience in cold calling is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay.
