We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our team. This position requires individuals with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle high-volume calls with accuracy.

• Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead sheets.

• The campaign is to book leads into a Crypto Webinar.

Agents will need to be making upwards of 250 dials per day and will be targeted to add 2-5 leads into the webinar each day.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.

• Qualifications:

At least 1-2 yrs. previous experience in a SALES or TELEMARKETING role

• US Accent preferred but not necessary.

Agents who have worked hard on projects like solar sales is preferred but not necessary.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes.

• Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
