Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:

The primary function of this job is to produce quality customer retention and improve the relationship between CovaU and its customers through effective operation procedures to reduce customer churn through superior customer experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services

Identify and qualify leads, compile contact lists, and research prospect information

• Build relationships with customers and prospects through effective communication and negotiation

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, calls, and customer interactions

Collaborate with account executives and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes

• Experience:

Experience in Sales Outbound Representative preferred

• Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required

Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (especially Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent telephone presentation

• With Above Average Negotiation skills
