Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling sales calls; email inquiries in a professional manner
Responsible in increasing the number of new accounts
Responsible in meeting sales target
Responsible for conducting cold calls and disseminating product information to potential clients
Listening to customers needs; making product recommendations
Communicating clear and concise product information to customers
Maintain a high standard level of relationship with the client and to grow his/ her portfolio through referrals
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform Adhoc Tasks as needed by the Campaign
Account Management - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and ensure customer details are updated accurately.
