OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (HEALTHCARE)
We are hiring full-time sales representatives who are positive, persuasive, and have the drive to succeed. In this role, you will make outbound calls to acquire new customers and upsell existing ones using needs-based selling strategies - listening, probing, educating - determine the customer's needs and help them select the appropriate products and services.
As an Outbound Sales Representative for the healthcare account, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and drive sales for healthcare products or services. You will engage with potential customers over the phone or through other communication channels to promote and sell healthcare solutions, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
Essential Duties
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications
- With at least 6 months of voice call center experience (US account).
- Experience in outbound calls, sales, and healthcare is a great advantage.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, or similar CRM, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, instant messaging, and over the phone)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals.
- Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Strong typing skills.
Requirements
- On-site Consultant | San Fernando, Pampanga
- Seasonal Account | maximum 5 months renewable
- Full-time graveyard schedule that shifts
- The candidate should be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
- 19k, fixed rate, computed on an hourly basis
- Not presently employed by another company
- Must be authorized to work in their country of residence
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
