As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to potential business owners over the phone and email.
This position requires a strong ability to build relationship, handle objections, and meet set targets.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work in the office in Makati City, Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday and Sunday off).
- Willing to work on a night shift from 9:00PM to 6:00AM PHT (9:00AM to 6:00PM EST).
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience in Outbound Sales.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have Outbound Calling/Cold Calling experience.
- Familiarity with B2B sales techniques and understanding of B2B sales process.
- Experience using CRM Salesforce is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential businesses from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Be able to understand and sell the client product (software product).
- Engage in active listening to understand business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Effectively handle objections and address concerns to maximize sales opportunities.
