• Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and initiating the sales process. This position offers the opportunity to work in the exciting fintech sector and be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Location:

Onsite at our Ortigas office (5 days a week) during graveyard shift hours.

• Salary Range:

Competitive salary ranging from 1500 to 2000 USD per month.

• Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities.

• Conduct thorough research to understand prospects needs, challenges, and goals.

Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to uncover business opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and appointments.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads.

• Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Comfortable working onsite during graveyard shift hours.
