Job Description
Proactively engage with company customers via e-mail and phone for specific reseller tiers for
renewal of software maintenance and support
Recapture and generate revenue with existing & past company customers by renewing
maintenance and support agreements and upselling.
Educate Clients: Provide comprehensive information about the company Maintenance and
Support benefits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the benefits, process, and
available options.
Assign potential renewals leads to the appropriate Renewals Sales Representative when
necessary
Primarily use standardized outbound and inbound e-mails & phone calls to communicate with
customers
Use company CRM, web portal, and email service in day-to-day workflow.
Attend group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts.
