OUTBOUND SALES AGENT

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, presenting our comprehensive suite of outsourcing services, including web development, marketing solutions, and brand management.
  

• Identify and engage with decision-makers in target companies to understand their business needs and articulate how our outsourcing services can address their specific challenges.
  

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in crafting customized outsourcing solutions that align with their business objectives.
  

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our outsourcing services and negotiating contracts to closure.
  

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our outsourcing services competitively.

• Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports for management.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI of outsourcing with Resolved-PH
  
• Qualifications:

• Proven success with 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the outsourcing industry.
  

• Strong understanding of outsourcing services, including web development, marketing, and brand management.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
