We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Outbound Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to users with upcoming scheduled appointments, ensuring a seamless experience, and addressing any concerns they might have.
- As an Outbound Customer Support Specialist, you will provide excellence by:
Make outbound phone calls to users before scheduled online appointments.
Confirm appointment details and answer any questions or concerns users may have.
Schedule online appointments with the team for document signing.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve user inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the customer database.
Proven experience in outbound customer support or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Familiarity with credit card services and mortgage loan processes
Superb verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication.
Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English
Great organizational skills & time management abilities
Experience using customer communication tools (Zendesk), task management tools, Google Drive, and Email.
Detail-Oriented - we're a financial services company, so being correct about the details matter
- Expected Work Hours and Time Zone
You are expected to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work US Pacific time from 10 AM to 7 PM (with a 1-hour break in between). Due to business needs, you may also be expected to work on occasional weekends.
