ROLE SUMMARYOur client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Caller to join their team and engage drivers for one of their delivery partners. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with inactive applicants and convert them into an active driver. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, results-driven, and passionate about sales and customer service.
- WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
Make outbound calls to a list of inactive drivers to reactivate their accounts and encourage them to start driving again- Maintain a high volume of daily calls while consistently achieving success targets and performance goals
Record and update driver information in the company's CRM system accurately
- Improve techniques and strategies continuously based on performance data and industry trends
Collaborate with team members and management to identify best practices and areas for improvement
At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a related field- Experience in the gig economy, ride-sharing, or delivery service industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems
- Must be willing to go onsite for 6 days of training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proven track record of achieving success targets and quotas
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
