The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and finding quality leads in the real estate sector. You will be calling local companies in the Philippines, so this role is a day shift position.Key
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the real estate industry within the Philippines.
- Generate, qualify, and find new leads through effective cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and current information.- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and expanding our client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an outbound caller, specifically in cold calling and lead generation.- Strong background in real estate, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule: Part-time, day shift.
