Job Qualification:
- 2-3 years of experience in the logistics or warehouse operations industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers- Previous Experience as Appointment Setter
Knowledge in Warehouse or Logistics
- Strong understanding and experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain management.- Expertise in digital transformation initiatives and material handling systems
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies used in digital transformation and automation within the logistics sector.
- Ability to effectively communicate with local clients in the US
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.- Preferred: Previous experience working in a multicultural environment or with American clients
Job Description:- We are looking for call representatives with 2-3 years of experience in the logistics or warehouse operations industry.
Their main responsibilities will include cold calling to build relationships and schedule appointments via Teams or Zoom, after which they will hand off to one of our AEs on the ground.
- We will provide the target list, and the representatives will use Zoom Phone and HubSpot to track their performance.
