Job Duties and Responsibilities Make outbound telephone calls to prospect customers.
Utilize Five9 or any CRM platform to document all call activity and target account information.
Must be able to work in a professional office environment; this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and softphones.
Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exhibit strong rapport building skills.
Utilize excellent active listening skills.
Demonstrate good organizational and planning skills; must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Must be clear and articulate with professional telephone skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
