Job Description:
- OTN/DWDM equipment engineering installation, commissioning, upgrade, inspection, troubleshooting.
Finish incident process procedure, operation process procedure, health-check process procedure based on regulation- Organize meeting with customers to communicate issue to solve and progress to meet with SLA
Output weekly and monthly report to maintain relationship with customers
Skills and Knowledge requirements:
Must have good communication skills.
Knowledgeable with OTN/DWDM product and commissioning principle(Preferrably)
Knowledgeable to OTN/DWDM troubleshooting method.
Knowledgeable regarding OTN/DWDM network design, like bayface of rack, fiber connection graph. IP planning, wavelength assignment.
Knowledgeable in using BER and RFC 2544 throughput testing for acceptance.
Preferrable have knowledge with OTN/DWDM commissioning experience.
