- Work with leaders to ensure consistency and fairness in the application of the PMS across the organization in the areas of setting objectives and KPIs, performance discussion, performance rating, initiatives to address employee strength and areas for improvement.
- Draft clear , accurate and detailed new job descriptions, and review existing job descriptions regularly to reflect changes in job duties, requirements or organizational needs in consultation with client departments and team members.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine job levels, including job title, salary range and reporting structure in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Conduct competency assessments to identify the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for success such as the core, leadership and functional competencies aligned with the organization's vision, mission and values.
- Develop, implement targeted strategies to attract and retain employees with critical skills, and monitor its effectiveness.
6, Develop and implement a career path framework to help employees in assessing their career goals, interests and skills and develop their own personalized development plans for their advancement that is aligned with the organization's needs.
- Monitor the company's onboarding/orientation program and ensure effective and consistent implementation.
- Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction and develop and implement employee engagement initiatives focusing on the survey results.
9, Conduct performance setting and review and career planning among team members.
- Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
