Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and evaluate initiatives to enhance the organization's effectiveness, efficiency, and employee development. Responsible for leading and supporting various organization development projects and programs to drive positive change and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Drive organizational growth and success by developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and development.
- Collaborate with the Unit Supervisor and other team members to assess organizational needs and identify opportunities for development and improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement organization-wide development programs, training initiatives, and change management strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities to enhance employee skills, competencies, and performance.
- Coordinate and support team-building activities and interventions to promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives, collect feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in organization development and HR to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to organization development and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of organization development initiatives with other HR functions and organizational goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees seeking support, guidance, and resources related to career development, training opportunities, and organizational change.
- Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month
