- Graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource and/or BS Psychology.
Atleast 1-2 years experience in the same role.- Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- To be assigned at the main office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
