We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organization Development (OD) Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and exhibit a mature strength of character. This role is crucial for driving organizational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.Lead and manage OD initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and performance.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely and successful execution of OD projects.
Facilitate change management processes to support business transformation and growth.- Collaborate with senior leadership to align OD strategies with business objectives.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on organizational development matters.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and make necessary adjustments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, preferably within the logistics, warehouse, or distribution industry
