JOB SUMMARY- A role of facilitating organizational improvement, including assessing training needs, diagnosing organizational problem areas, consulting on OD strategies, and conducting team building sessions. Work with the industry organization to help them run efficiently and effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist the organization in areas such as team development, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational redesign, and change management.
Examine and analyze that need to work in order so that team can carry out task effectively. They may also develop tools for the efficiency of staffs.- Develop best practices for successful leadership values and characteristics for strategic planning.
Oversee and administer targeted development programs for high potential leaders within the organization.
- Creates a structured plan around in which a change can occur so that it runs smoothly in the organization.
Responsible for planning, coaching, and consulting with teams and individuals who need assistance solving organizational challenges.- Creates feedback mechanisms that build on organizational and individual capabilities, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of these mechanisms regularly.
They communicate with staff members and Business Unit Heads about development concepts and processes, as well as promote organizational development by designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that increase productivity while reducing the use of company resources.
- Track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to all key stakeholders.
Coach staff in reaching professional goals.- Research and analyze data to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them.
Create and conduct surveys to assess needs, training effectiveness and goals.
- Design, oversee and implement training programs and outreach efforts.
JOB SPECIFICATION- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Can work well in a team setting, as well as on their own with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail.- Knowledgeable in organization design, job evaluation and leveling, job descriptions and performance management.
