The OD manager specializing in Performance Management and Change Management is responsible for designing and/or implementing strategies to drive effective change initiatives and optimize organizational performance. The position works closely with senior leaders, HR teams and various stakeholders to identify and address organizational needs, address performance gaps, ensure timely performance evaluation of each member in the organization, manage employee movements and develop possible solutions that enhance overall effectiveness and productivity.
