Co-creates with the PM lead the different strategies of the performance management function/programs of HR
Updates the different monitoring sheets for the different activities of Performance Management such as goal setting, performance improvement plan, performance conversations, and performance appraisal.
Ensures timely submission of goals and performance appraisal ratings in the HRIS (RHEA)
Helps the PM lead in preparing monthly reports needed for weekly OD Team meeting, monthly projects meeting, and monthly HR meeting.
Co-designs and co-facilitates performance management-related workshops
Ideates and prepares communications plan for the 30-in-30 campaign (giving and receiving feedback) and for other periodical activities of the Performance Management Team.
Provides assistance in the Annual BPI Excellence Awards
Co-administers the Performance Management Module in RHEA (BPI HR Information System)
Does data analysis of performance management-related data and uses the same as leverage for designing new projects and/or improvement of existing programs.
Provides guidance to employees regarding performance management processes and programs
Participates and supports other OD-led programs and activities
