  • The Role:

Ordering Staff will be primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. To provide an exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Major Functions:
Supervise the Ordering Team on the Timely and Accurate processing of Customer Order including Initial Stocks.
  • Actively attends to Customers complaints and provide efficient resolution that will satisfy both the Customers and the Management.
Assist in Receiving and Processing of Customers Orders.
  • Ensure 100% Payment of All Orders.
Monitor and Analyze Data to Increase Business Operational Efficiency.
  • Maintain Training Matric and ensure Employees are adequately trained to ensure logistical activities.
Assist and Support the Operations Manager.
  • Perform task that may be assigned from Time-to-Time
  • You'll need to have..
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years relevant and proven experience in Order Management and Customer Service
Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Advanced Excel Formulas, PPT) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
  • Have a strong Analytical and Critical-Thinking Skills
