As aPurchasing Officer, you will be responsible for accurately entering orders into the NetSuite system, creating corresponding purchase orders, and collaborating with project coordinators to ensure smooth operations. You'll help improve system efficiency while ensuring timely processing of orders and drawings.

• Enter orders into NetSuite based on provided drawings.
  
• Create purchase orders (POs) related to the orders.
  
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators to prioritize tasks.
  
• Identify and implement improvements to the system to enhance efficiency.
  
• Liaise with the drawing office to ensure timely delivery of order-related drawings.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek:

• Proficiency in NetSuite is a must.
  
• Must be comfortable working onsite.
