• KEY ACTIVITIES

• JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

Receive, audit, and enter purchase orders

Monitors and process customers orders accurately in a timely mannerCommunicate order status to customers and track to delivery

• Understand and adhere to vendor compliance guidelines

Performs inventory audit for the company on a regular basis

Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination Assists is identifying possible risks and opportunities and reporting it to the manager

• Overseeing the ordering and packaging process

Provide invoices and other documentationand information when requested

• Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested and perform special tasks as needed

• SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

: At least 1-year experience in the related field is required for this position

• Proficient in

Microsoft Office Has good communication skills both oral and written

• Experience in: Netsuite, Salesforce,Magento, Stitch Labs, ShipWire, Quickbooks Online is a plus

Data processing experience preferred

• Must be professional and friendly, hard worker, organized, detail oriented

Excellent professional work standard
