The Order Management Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales order process, from order entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales order processing, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.- Strong understanding of order management systems and processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- With working knowledge in ERP , SAP or similar software
