Process chargebacks from multiple vendors in a timely and accurate manner.- Review and analyze chargeback documentation to identify discrepancies and discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors to gather necessary information and documentation for chargeback disputes.
- Prepare and submit chargeback disputes to relevant parties within specified timelines.
Monitor chargeback trends and identify areas for process improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve chargeback-related issues and prevent future occurrences.
Maintain accurate records of chargeback activities and related correspondence.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, functions, and data analysis.
Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.
