As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Addium.io, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pick and pack items from inventory according to order specifications.
Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
Utilize shipping software to generate shipping labels and track packages.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.
Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and shipping information.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting periodic inventory counts.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and shipping.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards while working efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager)
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, and to stand and walk for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
