About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and maintaining Oracle EBS applications, with hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system to meet business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the Oracle EBS platform connects with Pathlock Cloud and provides the required reporting/details the business stakeholder requires.
What youll do
- Oracle EBS Support: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EBS applications, addressing and resolving user issues, system errors, and functional challenges that are experienced within Pathlock Cloud.
- Configuration: Configure Pathlock Cloud to align with the organizations business requirements, including Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, and other relevant modules for Oracle EBS.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional issues within Pathlock Cloud for Oracle EBS, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Knowledge: Assist and share Oracle EBS knowledge across the team improving the team and customer experience.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements to resolve issues.
- Customer Facing: Enjoys speaking/communicating with team members and customers to solve complex issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed issue/resolution of system configurations and fixes via ticketing system.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite in a functional role.
- Proven experience in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EBS.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and module configurations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle EBS issues.
- Experience with Oracle EBS reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Discoverer) and SQL for custom report creation.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS security, roles, and user management.
