WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, currently have an exciting opportunity for Integration Analyst to join our team.
The role is responsible to partner with the business, the developers, and the vendors to support, triage and troubleshoot a variety of items as they related to our integrations.
Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the core Oracle HCM system in order to effectively support a variety of integrations that leverage the core data, such as:
Benefits (Sunlife)- Account Provisioning (SailPoint)
Develop key relationships with vendors, business, and technical developers
- Address and trouble shoot ad-hoc queries and issues from employees, internal HR stakeholders, business leadership, vendors, and third-party consultants through our Service Now platform as they related to our suite of integrations
Proactively review data within the system to ensure it is correctly entered and meets global requirements with a focus on data consumed by our integrations
Provide support including researching / resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.- Collaborate with functional and technical staff from our vendor and business teams to support application upgrades.
- What We'll Love About You:
Minimum of 4-6 years of technical experience in systems administration of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) with a focus on integrations- Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
Experience working with an international organization
- Demonstration of continued on-going professional education such as:
Professional designation/certification- Specific designation / credentials in HRIS system of record
Working towards, or achieved additional education in area of specialty
