WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, currently have an exciting opportunity for Oracle Learn Technical Specialist to join our team.
The role is responsible to partner with the business, the developers, and the vendors to support, triage and troubleshoot a variety of items as they related to our HCM Cloud implementations.
What You'll Do:
- Provided expertise in the Oracle Cloud Learn Module
- In accordance with individual skillset, perform hands-on configuration and development within assigned modules following established and approved operational processes.
- Address and trouble shoot ad-hoc queries and issues from employees, internal HR stakeholders, business leadership, vendors, and third-part consultants through our Service Now platform daily
- Partner with business representatives, project stakeholders and vendors on a variety of enhancements as they relate to the Oracle Cloud Learn Module
- Participate in quarterly upgrade, regression, and user acceptance (UAT) testing
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc training material to support the business in the use of existing and new features in area of specialty
- Studies quarterly release notes and recommends features for adoption
- Advocate for global improvements aligned to stakeholder priorities.
What We'll Love About You:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing and/or support Learning Management Systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with configurations/support of Oracle HCM Learn Module
- Minimum of 3 successfully delivered HCM Cloud Implementations leading technical work streams as an HCM Technical Lead for the Learn module
- Must have Oracle Cloud HCM processes and system knowledge
- Experience with Oracle Cloud data loaders (HDL and spreadsheet loader), BI Publisher and fast formulas
- Proficient in developing/designing integrations, data conversions and reports
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
