Overall experience in HRIS implementations, AMS of over 8-10years as Functional Consultant
Hands on experience of over 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM cloud across all modules-Workforce Admin, Absences,
HR Self service, Time and Labor, Recruit, Talent Management, Compensation.
Hands on experience in end to end integration between Oracle Fusion HCM cloud and Legacy Payroll
Fully involved at least 3 Fusion HCM cloud projects, in end to end HR Transformation
Hands on experience in configuring all the Fusion HCM cloud modules cited above.
Hands on experience of over 4 years in performing data migration & reconciliation from Legacy HR system to Fusion HCM Cloud.
Complete expertise on the OUM / True Cloud Methodology.
Should be an individual contributor and collaborate with offshore team.
Job Description:
Lead and participate in the implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) of HRIS solutions, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in all modules of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including Workforce Administration, Absences, HR Self-Service, Time and Labor, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Compensation.
Lead and actively participate in end-to-end integration efforts between Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and legacy payroll systems.
Lead and actively participate in at least three Fusion HCM Cloud projects, focusing on HR transformation initiatives.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules according to business requirements.
Lead and execute data migration and reconciliation efforts from legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Ensure adherence to the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or True Cloud Methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Serve as an individual contributor, while also actively participating in team collaboration and knowledge sharing efforts.
