The Work
As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, developing, testing, and demonstrating databases. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing new databases, performing backup and recovery tasks, and providing configuration management. You will also install database management systems and contribute to problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

- Ensure data integrity and security.
- Optimize database performance.
- Monitor database systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop database solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and trends.
Here's What You'll Need
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Database Administration.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of database management systems.
- Experience in database design and implementation.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with configuration management.
- Ability to optimize database performance.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
- Experience with database security and data integrity.
- Knowledge of database monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
- This position is based in Manila.
