REQUIREMENTS
Total Experience: 7 years
Work on JAVA/J2EE based Oracle framework (Non-negotiable)
Technical Know-How: Core JAVA/J2EE (Collections/JDBC/Hibernate, Servlets, SOAP or REST, JUnit, Multithreading), SQL / RDBMS, JavaScript
BS Information Technology / Computer Science
Prior experience in mentoring and coaching new hires/junior level roles
Excellent communication skills, to ensure issues and risks are identified and actioned quickly.
Keen attention to details; team members are expected to analyze and resolve issues with minimum
supervision.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and could influence business decisions
Performance driven leader and effective in coaching and managing team
Must be willing to work onsite during training
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on application development life cycle i.e. development, implementation within the framework guidelines and interacting with onsite teams/business users/IT teams.
Learn & implement 4 GL scripting language, Groovy and JavaScript based engines (Oracle JET).
Produces code and unit testing for Complex requirements.
Produces technical designs for simple to moderate requirements for Oracle Customer Care and Billing
Acts as subject matter experts and provide mentoring to staff and associate consultants.
Partakes in the interview and selection process for staff and associate consultant roles.
