The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that the team meets performance targets and maintains high standards of quality and efficiency. This role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee daily operations of the general unit, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently an and accurately.- Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the unit.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high levels of service quality.

- BSN, Registered Nurse
- With at least 9 units of Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Doctorate degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive change, and achieve results in a complex healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice standards and regulations.
- BLS and ACLS Certified
- Minimum of 2- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing administration preferably in hospital settings
